摘要
我国传统生理养生理论认为,生理养生需追求四道,即动养之道;静养之道;食养之道;居养之道。养生必须动静结合、饮食平衡,由于一年四季的气候特点不同,气候对人体健康的影响也不尽相同,因而,要想获得最佳的养生效果,必须根据四季的气候特点进行科学的饮食调节及体育锻炼。
Our traditional physiological health preservation is in pursuit of suitable sports,proper rest in quietude,healthy diet and regular schedule of daily.People need to balance their diet with appropriate exercises of both motion and motionlessness so as to keep in good health.Because different season has different climate,which influences people's physical health distinctly,it is essential to keep a scientific balanced diet and physical training for a best effect of health preservation.
