摘要
妇女权益的充分实现,需要国家保障、社会维护、个人努力三方面的有机结合;《中华人民共和国妇女权益保障法》的修改要体现"保障妇女人权、适当倾斜立法"的精神,既要保障妇女的特殊权益又要对妇女权益给予特殊保护。
The article mainly expounds the basic thought and concrete plan on the Law on the Guarantee of Rights and Interests of Women. It should be depended on the state, society and individual to fully realize women's rights and interests. The amendment should embody the spirit of safeguarding women's special right and also offer some measures to perfect women's rights and interests.
