摘要
从钢管压力矫直工艺的弹性变形、塑性变形情况下的力学条件研究入手,提供了设备选型和矫直操作的力学参数计算方法。对压力矫直机进出料辅助辊道结构设计给出了一个简易实用的示例。
By the mechnical investigation under the condition of the elastic and plastic deformation of the pipe pressure straightening procedure the calculating method of straightening mechanical parameter and equipment selection method are given.Also a simple and practical subsidiary roller table structure design case of the pipe pressure straightening machine is shown.
