摘要
本文针对立式加工中心刀库存在的不足,提出了超长及超重刀具可自动换刀的方案。设计了一种简易实用的刀库,并介绍了其结构特点和功能实现。实践证明,设计的刀库提高了工作效率,降低了劳动强度,刀库结构紧凑,维护方便,取得了较好的经济效益。
This paper, aiming at the shortcomings of the tool magazine on vertical machining center, puts forward the project of automatie tools change for super-long and overweight tool, and designs a kind of simple but practical tool magazine, and introduc.es its structure features and functions. Practice has proved that the designed tool magazine improves the working efficiency and reduces the labor intensity, with eompact tool magazine structure anti easy maintenance, thus to obtain good economic benefits.
