摘要
目的体现人文关怀,满足患者自尊的需要,提高整体护理的质量。方法采用问卷调查的方式进行全面分析。结果通过科学合理的分析,采取有效的护理措施,使患者之间的人际关系(以下简称患际关系)更协调。结论合理安排患者,进一步和谐患际关系,促进患者早日康复。
Objective To fulfill the concept of humanistic nursing and satisfy patients’ needs of dignity,so as to improve the quality of holistic nursing.Method A comprehensive analysis was done according to the investigation by questionnaires.Result By scientific and reasonable analysis and effective nursing measures,the interpersonal relationship between inpatients became more harmonious.Conclusion A rational arrangement of the patients and a better interpersonal relationship between inpatients can help the patients recover sooner.
