摘要
我国企业失信行为的产生,有其深刻的历史文化根源,诸如长期的封建专制制度,封建意识浓厚的家族主义,差序格局的人际关系特征,人伦信用的局限等。本文试图通过对传统文化消极方面的剖析,使人们认识到治理企业失信行为必须从文化的深层进行检讨,进而呼唤企业的诚信意识,提高企业的诚信水平。
There is a deep historical and cultural roots for the lack of Chinese corporate credit.This is because honesty and credit culture in our country based on the feudalism and nature economiy.This essay trys to analyse the deep-rooted bad habits of traditional Chinese culture,make people realize the historical and cultural roots for the lack of Chinese corporate credit,wake the credit consciousness in business,and raise the level of corporate credit at last.
