摘要
目的:搞清(木怱)木属12种植物的根、茎或根茎的性状及组织显微特征,提出种间的特征。方法:性状及显微观察。结果:各种间组织特征基本类同,均含有草酸钙簇晶和淀粉粒;分泌道在皮层部、韧皮部和髓部广泛存在;根的皮层部及韧皮部均无厚壁细胞,唯木本植物茎的皮层部或韧皮部有纤维或石细胞。结论:找出了木本植物和草本植物在生药学上的鉴别特征及种间的鉴别特征;本研究结果支持了植物分类学将本属下的木本植物与草本植物二个自然群作为二个亚属的观点。
Objeelive: To make dear the descriptions and microscopic histological structures of the roots, stems and rootstocks for twelve speeies from Aralia plants. Methods: Observing the descriptions and histologieal characteristics. Result: The hislological characteristics of the various species are basically identical. Each of them equally contains cluster crystals of calcium oxalate and starch grains; secretory canals exisl extensively in the cortexes, phloem and piths; neither cortexes nor phloem of roots have thick-walled cells, but cortexes and phloem of the stems of the wood plants have fibers or stone cells. Conclusion: The pharmacognostic and interspeeies characteristics for wood and herbaceous plants identification were obtained. The wood and herbaceous plants in one natural group of a genus as its two subgenera was sustained by the study result.
