摘要
目的 :测定棘茎木根皮、茎皮及叶中齐墩果酸 (oleanolicacid ,OA)含量 ,揭示活性成分的动态积累规律。 方法 :采用RP HPLC法。色谱柱Shim packLC ODS (6 .0mm× 15 0mm ,5 μm) ,流动相为甲醇 水 (90∶10 ) ,流速 1.2ml/min ,检测波长2 2 0nm ,结果 :发现棘茎木中OA含量分别为 :根皮 1.4 6 %~ 2 .4 8% ,茎皮 1.32 %~ 1.4 5 % ,叶 0 .5 6 %~ 1.0 1%。 结论 :根皮中OA积累高峰期为果实成熟后 ,茎皮有两个高峰期 ,即花前盛叶期和果实成熟后 ;而叶中基本上一直处在积累上升期。在同属植物中 ,棘茎木的OA含量较低。
Objective: To reveal the accumulation rule of oleanolic acid (OA) content in Aralia echinocaulis by dynamic assay. Methods: The RP-HPLC method was used. Shim-pack LC-ODS column (6.0 mm×150 mm, 5 μm) was applied. The mobile phase was a mixture of methanol-water (90∶10). OA was detected at UV 220 nm. Results: OA contents were as follows: 1.46%-2.48% in root cortex, 1.32%-1.45% in stem bark, and 0.56%-1.01% in leaf. Conclusion: The growing stage with high content of OA in root cortex of Aralia echinocaulis is after mature of fruit. In the stem bark there are 2 high content stages: full leaves before flower and aftermature of fruit. But the content of OA in leaf is increasing during the whole life period. The content of OA in Aralia echinocaulis is apparently the lowest among all Aralia spp., and the level of OA is in reverse proportion to the size of tender shoot.
