摘要
目的 用HPLC法测定盐酸曲普利啶胶囊中盐酸曲普利啶的溶出量。方法 以Diamonsil C18柱(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)为固定相,流动相为甲醇-0.4%醋酸铵溶液(含0.15%三乙胺,用醋酸调pH 7.0)(70:30),流速为1.0 mL·min-1,检测波长为278 nm,进样量40μL,采用外标法定量。结果 盐酸曲普利啶线性范围为1.672-8.363μg·mL-1(r=0.999 9),回收率为100.0%。结论 本方法结果准确,重现性良好,操作简便。用 于测定盐酸曲普利啶胶囊中盐酸曲普利啶的溶出量,较原方法更合理、准确、简便。
OBJECTIVE To develop a HPLC method for the dissolution of triprolidine hydrochloride capsules. METHODS Diamonsil C28 column (150 mm×4. 6 mm, 5μm) was used. The mobile phase consisted of methanol-0. 4% ammonium acetate (with 0. 15% of triethylamine, a cetic acid adjust pH 7. 0) (70 : 30), the flow rate was 1. 0 mL·min-1, the detector was set at 278 nm, the volume injected was 40μL, and the external standard method was applied. RESULTS The calibration curve was linear in the range of 1. 672-8. 363μg·L-1(r=0. 9999), and the average recovery (n = 9) was 100.0% (RSD=1.4%). CONCLUSIONS This method is accurate and repeatable, which is suitable for the dissolution of triprolidine hydrochloride capsules.
