摘要
由于学术期刊竞争激烈、期刊管理政策的变化、学术成果评价机制的不科学,造成地方高师院校学报的发展举步维艰。地方高师院校学报应保持特色,坚持创新,实行开放,做好服务,走可持续发展的办刊之路。
The heated competition,change and unfair evaluation among the journals make the local teachers' college walk hard in their publications.Local teachers' college should keep their special subjects, creation,openness and service to improve and develop their periodicals.
