摘要
目的:观察长期应用中药“鼻炎液”对鼻粘膜的影响。方法:将家兔分成三组:高浓度中药组、低浓度中药组、生理盐水对照组,每天两次滴鼻,每次2ml,在连续用药1个月、2个月、停药后1个月时,分别切除中鼻甲、下鼻甲进行光镜和电镜观察。结果:3组实验动物间未有差别,光镜、电镜检查未见到病损。结论:长期应用中药“鼻炎液”对鼻粘膜无损害作用。
Objective ;To explore The effect of long trem using Chinese material medica' liquor-rhinitis 'on the nasal muco-sa. Method :Rabbits were devideed into three groups, group one for high dosage Chinese material medica,group two for low Chinese material medica. group three for control 0. 9% saline solution, 'liquor - rhinitis' and 0. 9% saline solution were dropped into the nasal cavity of rabbits for twice every day once 2 millitre, after one or two months, after stopping drug one month,the middle and inferior turbinate were removed for light and electron microscopic examination. Result :No difference of nasal mucosa can be seen among the three groups in the light and electron microscopic examination. Conchusion : No harmful effects of Chinese material medica 'liquor - rhinitis 'on the nasal mucosafor long term using can be seen on the animals experiment.
