摘要
在我国,冰淇淋已经发展成为一个新兴产业。作为新兴产业,必然有较多不完善之处。采用SCP分析框架,对我国冰淇淋产业的现状进行了分析,总结出该产业的发展趋势。最后从企业、行业协会、政府部门3个角度提出了发展对策。
Ice cream has been a new industry in China. As a new industry, there exists deficiency in China. According to the SCP frame, the contemporary status of ice cream industry was analyzed, and the results disclosed the trend of development. Several proposals were projected in order to improve the development of the ice cream industry.
