摘要
主要论述了数控纤维缠绕机张力控制系统的设计原理、基本构成及其实现方法。在建立数学模型、研究力矩电机的工作原理、探讨PID控制算法的基础上分析了控制方案的可行性 ,并对张力传感器和力矩电机的标定方法以及主要性能指标 (静差率和波动率 )进行了分析。
The design principle, basic composition and implementing method of tension control system of digital control fiber winding machine are described. On the basis of establishing mathematical model, researching operational principle of torque motor, and investigating PID control algorithm, the feasibility of control strategy is analyzed. In addition, the calibration methods of tension transducer and torque motor as well as the major specifications (static difference ratio and fluctuation ratio) are analyzed,
