摘要
目的 :观察静舒氧对失血性休克患者容量指标和血气的影响。方法 :选择 2 5~ 68岁失血性休克患者共 80例 ,随机分为治疗组和对照组 ,每组 4 0例 ,每组在抢救过程中除采取止血、输液等相同措施外 ,对照组输入复方乳酸钠 1 0~ 2 0ml/kg ,治疗组输入等量静舒氧液。两组同步观察中心静脉压 (CVP)、平均动脉压 (MAP)、尿量、动脉血氧分压 (PaO2 )、动脉血二氧化碳分压 (PaCO2 )变化和全麻苏醒拔管后SpO2 变化。结果 :治疗组在容量指标 (CVP、MAP、尿量 )及血气指标 (PaO2 、PaCO2 )恢复均好于且快于对照组 (p <0 .0 5 ) ,拨管后SpO2 明显高于对照组 (p <0 .0 5 )。结论
Objective: To explore the effects of medical pressured oxygen injector on the volume index and blood gases in the patients with hemorragic shock. Method: Eighty cases from 25 to 68 years old patients with hemorragic shock were randomly divided into two groups: therapy group (n=40), control group(n=40).All patients were received the treatment of stopping bleeding and infusion. Besides, the control patients were infused compound sodium lactate 10~20ml/kg, while the therapy patients were received medical pressured oxygen injector of the same amount. The changes of central venous pressure (CVP), mean arterial pressure (MAP), urine output, PaO 2, PaCO 2, and SpO 2 after removing catheter in sobent patients with previous general anesthesia were observed. Result: The recovery of volume index including CVP,MAP and urine output and blood gas analysis including PaO 2 and PaCO 2 in the therapy group were better and earlier than those in control group (P<0.05). SpO 2 after removing catheter in the therapy group was significantly higher than that in control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Medical pressured oxygen injector is beneficial to the recovery of hemorragic shock in stabilizating the blood pressure and ameliorating the abnormal blood gases.
