摘要
目的 观察刺梨口服液、心脑舒通、鱼油烯康对老年及老年前期免疫功能及自由基代谢的作用.方法观察指标为天然杀伤细胞活性及自由基代谢指标.结果 证实刺梨口服液、心脑舒通、鱼油烯康可提高天然杀伤细胞活性,改善并调节自由基代谢指标SOD、CAT、GSH及LPO,未见明显不良反应.结论 刺梨口服液、心脑舒通、鱼油烯康可改善免疫功能及自由基代谢,有利于健身、益寿.
To study the effect of oral liquid extracted from natural plant fruit 'CiLi' (Rosa Rox-burghii Tratt) Tribusponin and 'DHA + EPA' on the immune function and free radical metabolism in the aged and preaged. Method Nature Killer Cell (NK) activity, SOD、Catalase、GSH content of erythrocytes and serum LPO were selected as parameters for the study. Results After treatment, The NK Cell activity were all significantly increased, The parameters of free radical metabolism were significantly improved. Conclusion Oral liquid of Rosa Roxburghii Tratt、ribusponin、'DHA + EPA' may improve the immune function and free radical metabolism, and may be beneficial for geroprotection and aging retarding.
