摘要
目的分析缬沙坦与心脑舒通联合治疗高血压左室肥厚心肌缺血临床疗效。方法将110例患者分为治疗组和对照组各55例,对照组患者采取缬沙坦治疗,治疗组采取缬沙坦联合心脑舒通治疗。结果治疗组总有效率96.4%高于对照组总有效率74.5%,治疗后血压控制优于对照组,左室肥厚较对照组降低,P<0.05。结论缬沙坦联合心脑舒通治疗高血压左室肥厚心肌缺血效果良好。
Objective To analyze the combination treatment with valsartan and Xinnaoshutong in Hypertensive Left Ventricular Hypertrophy and Myocardial Ischemia. Methods 110 patients were divided into control group and treatment group,there were 55 patients in each group. The control group patients treated with valsartan,and the treatment group treated with valsartan and Xinnaoshutong. Results Treatment group total effectivene（96.4%）was higher than the control group＇total effectivenes（96.4%）. Blood pressure control was superior to the control group after treatment, left ventricular hypertrophy reduced better than the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Valsartan and Xinnaoshutong in treatment of hypertensive left ventricular hypertrophy myocardial ischemia is good.
