摘要 高校的性质和特点以及它所承担的任务和面临的形势,要求它的管理更应该强调以人为本的“人性化管理”。人性化管理是对刚性管理和柔性管理进行指导和协调,使之相辅相成的一种管理理念,核心是以人为本,尊重人的权利、关心人的发展,目标是形成刚柔相济、高效和谐的管理局面。高校实施人性化管理,必须以“三个代表”重要思想为指导,以民主与法制为基础。 The nature and characteristics of colleges and universities, as well as the task they are bearing and the situation they are facing require them to stress the foundations of human beings and to manage people for their own sake. The management of humanity is to guide and coordinate so-called hard management and soft management, making them supplement and complement each other. This is one idea of management. Its core is to stress the foundations of human beings, to respect human rights and to care for the development of people. Its aim is to form a highly effective and harmonious aspect of management by coupling the hard aspect with the soft one. If the management of humanity can be carried out, the institutions of higher learning must follow the guidance of the important concept of 'Three Representings' with democracy and legal systems as the basis.
