摘要
基于PCI总线的交流传动系统开发平台采用主从式结构,通过PCI总线通信。主机PC机实现交流传动系统的实时监控。从机由DSP构成小系统,承担对电机转速、电流和电压等信号的采样与处理,并产生PWM信号以驱动功率变换器的开关器件。驱动程序采用Windows驱动程序模型编写,应用程序对PCI卡的访问通过调用CreateFile() 来实现。使用该平台上可组合各种控制方案、编写电机控制算法、考察交流传动系统的性能。
Master-slave structure is adopted in development platform of AC drive system based on PCI bus, and communication through PCI bus. The host computer monitors the AC drive system real time. Small system of the slave machine is composed of DSP, which samples and processes the signal of the current, voltage and the rotational speed of the motor and so on, and generates PWM signal to drive the switching elements of the power converter. The driver was programmed with windows driver model and the applications called CreateFile() to access the PCI card. A great variety of control schemes can be combined and control algorithm of motor was compiled, and the performance of the AC drive system was analyzed with the platform.
