摘要
小麦于起身期叶面喷施SPT壮秆剂,可使小麦株高降低,重心位置下移,基部茎节壁增厚,纤维素含量增加,壮秆抗倒效果显著。同时植株叶绿素含量和光合速率增强,千粒重增加,子粒蛋白质、总氨基酸和必需氨基酸含量提高,小麦营养品质改善。
The spraying of SPT,a chemical for strong stalk,on wheat leaf at the initial stage of erecting had significant effect on strengthening stalk and its resistance to lodging. As a result,a series of morphological and physiological changes happened, such as shorter stalk, lower gravity center, thicker stalk wall and higher cellulose content in internodes heart ground. Treatment with SPT could also lead to noticeable increase in chlorophyll content and photosynthetic rate of leaf, 1000 -seed weight and protein content, total amino acid and essential amino-acid in seed,and thus improve the nourishing quality of seed.
