摘要
为比较全面的了解湖北省近年育成的小麦品种(系)主要品质性状,对全省主要小麦育种单位2000年以后育成的60份小麦品种(系)主要品质性状(以区试资料为准)进行了分析。结果表明:①供试品种(系)子粒蛋白质平均含量为14.0%,变异幅度为11.2%~17.5%;湿面筋平均含量为29.8%,变异幅度为21.2%~42.8%;面团稳定时间平均为4.6min,变幅为1.5~17.6 min。②品种(系)间品质性状的差异较大,其中面团稳定时间的变异系数最高,湿面筋含量和蛋白质含量的变异系数较低,分别为78.2%、13.8%和8.9%。③60份品种(系)中,2个达到优质小麦强筋标准,18个达到中筋专用小麦标准,没有品种(系)达到优质小麦弱筋标准。④与20世纪80~90年代湖北省育成、推广品种(系)的主要品质性状相比,供试品种(系)都有所提高。同时指出了湖北省小麦品质育种存在的问题以及应对措施。
In order to investigate the quality status of wheat varieties (lines) bred in recent years in Hubei Province, the main quality status of 60 wheat varieties (lines) bred in Hubei Province after the year 2000 were analyzed. The results showed as follows: The differences of quality characters among the wheat varieties (lines) were obvious. The variation of dough stability time was the largest, the coefficient of variation reach 78.2%, wet gluten content (13.8%)and protein content (8.9%)was less. The average value of protein content was 14.0%,variations range 11.2%-17.5%; wet gluten content was 29.8%, variations range 21.2%-42.8%; and dough stability time was 4.6rain, variations range 1.5-17.6 min. Two wheat varieties (lines) come up to the quality standard of strong gluten wheat. 18 wheat varieties (lines) belong to the middle gluten type, and none wheat varieties (lines) come up to the quality standard of weak gluten wheat. Compared with the average value of the quality status of wheat varieties bred and popularized in 1980-2000, great progress had been made. Extant questions and suggestions for quality improvement were also pointed out in this paper.
