摘要
本文认为 ,所谓经济发达国家与经济落后国家 ,在当今世界实际上表达的是市场经济的发达与落后的程度与水平 ,以市场经济发达与否这一单一标准来划分 ,从广义上讲 ,凡不是发达国家的 ,就都是发展中国家。而狭义的发展中国家则是指亚非拉那些传统的发展中国家。在这一新的定义基础上 。
Nowadays, the degree and quality of market economy is seen as the sole factor that distinguishes economically advanced countries from economically underdeveloped ones. In a broad sense, all the countries that are not economically advanced are considered to be developing countries, while in a narrow sense, developing countries refer to those traditional ones in Asia, Africa and Latin America. This article attempts to discuss composition and classification of developing countries on the basis of the new definition.
