摘要
讨论了经济发展与环境保护的协调关系,分析环境保护问题上的“市场失灵”和“政府失灵”,提出完善环境保护政策的政策思路。
The paper discusses the coordinative relationship between economic development and environmental protection, analyses the causes of the failure of market and failure of the government in the case of environmental protection, and finally proposes strategic measures to be taken in the protection of the environment.
