①目的 探讨新世纪综合医院计量管理的发展和体制建设。②方法 以经济与社会的发展为前提 ,对计量管理的规律进行论述。③结果 实现发展目标须从更新理念、发展理论、执行卫生政策、加强法制和时代观等基础入手。④结论 计量管理是医院总体管理工作的组成部分 ,是提高医疗质量的重要保障 ,须紧随时代的发展而更新 ,不断提高管理水平。
Objective To investigate the development and system construction of measurement administration in modern hospitals. Methods The measurement administration was discussed on the basis of the development of economy and society. Results The administration ideas, development theories, health policy implementation, and senses of legality and the times had to be improved for the realization of the objective. Conclusion The measurement administration is an essential part of the overall hospital management and a guarantee of the medical quality, which must be improved to keep up with the social and economic development.
