摘要
2001年底开始,鉴于八方面原因,公立医院管理体制改革成为沸沸扬扬的热点,其中存在的认识误区,是将公立医院体制改革等同于产权改革,公立医院产权制度改革确能解决医院的“大锅饭”问题,然而产权制度改革却并非解决医院“大锅饭”问题的必要选项,关键是医院产权制度改革解决不了看病贵等问题。
Since the end of 2001, in view of eight aspects of reasons, the issue of the system reform of public hospitals has become a hot topic. There has been a misunderstanding that the management system reform of public hospitals is thought to be equal to the property rights system reform, which do solve the problem of ＂Mess＂ in hospital, but not necessary. The key point is that the property rights system reform can not solve the problems such as overly expensive medical service.
