摘要
全国人才工作会议提出要树立科学人才观。在教育观念的整体结构中,人才观居于核心地位起支配作用。作为高等教育重要组成部分的高职教育要摒弃陈旧的传统人才观,树立科学人才观,大力推进高级技能人才培养工作。
The national talent s working conference proposes establishing the scientific talent's view. In the whole structure of the educational idea, talent's view occupies the key status and plays a controlling role in Higher vocational education.As an important component of higher education,we should abandon the outmoded traditional talent's view,establish the scientific talent's view,push into the training work of advanced skill talents.
