摘要 羊膜移植促进角膜上皮化,抑制炎症和新生血管,减轻纤维化的作用在很多研究中得到证实,但有关这些作用的生物学基础尚不完全清楚。近年来有关羊膜的基础研究逐渐增多,现已有数十种生物活性物质从羊膜中检出。本文将羊膜内生物活性成分按性状和作用分为基质成分、生长因子和酶类并对其相互关系及近年来的研究进展作简要综述。 Amniotic membrane transplantation can promote corneal epithelium growth, redu ce inflammation, vascularization and scarring, which have been proved in many re searches. But its biological principle has not been understood completely. Recen tly there are more basic researches on amniotic membrane. Many active substances in amniotic membrane have been detected. In this review, we classified active s ubstance according to its character and function: basement, growth factor and en zyme. Then we introduced their biological characteristics, focusing on the most recent developments of relationship between them.·
