摘要
四川石油管理局钻采工艺技术研究院经过 3年的研制试验 ,成功地研制了 6 0 0kN不压井起下井内管串装置 ,克服了BY30 - 2型不压井起下钻液动加压装置的不足之处 ,解决了不压井起下井内管串作业的关键技术 ,它不仅能够应用于欠平衡钻井和修井过程中的不压井起下井内管串作业 ,而且还能用于处理井下事故中的不压井起下钻作业和修井过程中的加压钻砂桥作业。介绍了该装置的结构特点、工作原理、主要技术参数、研制该装置的关键技术、试验及应用情况等。
Sichuan successfully developed BY30-2 type hydraulic power equipment using for snubbing service in the 1970s and obtained good effect in five wells.But it appeared many deficiencies in practice.So Drilling & Production Technology Research Institute of SPA has successfully developed 600kN snubbing unit by three years.The unit conquers the deficiencies of BY30-2 type equipment,solves the key technology of snubbing service.It's not only used for UBD and workover job,but also for downhole accident treatment and drilling sand bridge.The article introduces the structure characteristic,work principle ,main technology parameters,and so on of the 600kN snubbing unit.
