摘要
实行学分制,有利于多层次、多规格人才的培养,能充分体现以人为本的教育理念,有利于在高校中引入竞争机制。我院从99级开始实行学分制,实现教学管理创新,历经起步、推进和完善三个阶段。本文详细论述了各阶段推行学分制的具体措施,以及学分制实施的成效和实施过程中的切身体会。
Practising credit system embodies the teaching idea of human-focusing,and facilities foster multi-level and multi-standard minds,and brings about competing mechanism among universities.Based on experience of our university,which has practised full-scale credit system and tried to realize teaching management originality since 1999,and has undergone stages of beginning,promoting and improving,this paper discusses in len those measures we took in different stages,the consequent effects,and the experiences we have learnt.
