摘要
用计算机对系统进行仿真能描述系统的整个动态过程,并能在系统投产前或不影响现有系统工作的情况下提供决策方向。本文用大系统理论和状态方程描述了由串联型生产线组成的复杂生产系统,并由计算机进行了数字仿真,为生产系统的设计改造提供了有放的方法,该方法还可推广到其它类似的离散动态生产系统中。
To reduce the cost and improve the efficiency for a production system based on present technology,it requires to organize the machines,buffer storages and otherequipment properly and to predict the system performance and performance sensitivityto some parameter's change.Using large-scale system theory,state-space equationand computer simulation,this paper describes production system dynamic processesand provides a easy and efficient decision-making method for production system de-sign and reform without disturbing the present system.This approach can also be ex-tended to other simular areas which requires decision-making.
