摘要
运用文献综述法、访问法、归纳法 ,对足球彩票的性质、我国足球产业弊端和发行足球彩票的必要性及其构想进行阐述 ,认为足球彩票是足球运动真正进入市场经济的重要标志之一 ,应大力推行。同时对中国足球彩票发行过程中将遇到的困难进行预测 。
This paper elaborates the nature of football lottery,problems existing in Chinese football industry,necessity and thought of issuing football lottery by using methods of documentation,interview and deduction. The authors put forth that football lottery is an important symbol of footballs entry to market economy and need to be improved. Difficulties in issuing football lottery in China are predicted and suggestions are offered.
