摘要
本文以《大学英语》系列教材为主例 ,引用了大量的例证 ,从文化蕴涵的不等值性、文化蕴涵的非对应性、文化蕴涵的零对应性三方面对英语词汇习得中的“文化盲点”进行了深入的分析 ,目的是挖掘语言背后的文化内涵 ,指出语言与文化的水乳交融关系 。
Taking College English as an example and with a host of examples, this paper makes an analysis of the “cultural blindness' in the process of English lexical acquisition. The purpose is to ascertain the hidden cultural meaning, po int out the close relationship between language and culture which is like milk m ingled with water, and to emphasize the importance of learning the cultural back ground.
