摘要
由于近红外技术日趋成熟,国外已将此技术应用于粮食加工全过程的在线检测和控制,从而有效解决了粮食加工过程的不稳定,每批加工出来的产品质量不能保持一致的问题。重点介绍在线检测装置的种类、原理、应用范围以及在粮食加工中的作用。
As the near-infrared technique is getting mature day by day, it has been applied for the on-line monitoring and control of the entire grain milling process abroad, thus completely solving the process instability and ensuring the quality consistency of the products in different batches. In this paper importance is laid on the types of the on-line monitoring devices, their principle, the range of usages as well as the functions in grain milling.
