弱势群体是需要他人帮助、支持 ,甚至是救助的群体。相对强势群体而言 ,他们具有经济上的低收入性、生活质量上的低层次性、政治上的低影响力和心理上的高敏锐性。了解弱势群体的需求状况 ,分析弱势群体需求结构的形成原因 。
Disadvantaged group is the one that needs help, support or even salvation. Competed to the advanced group, they have lower income, living quality, low political influence and more psychological awareness. It is very important to know what they need and analyze the cause of it, so social welfare will be established efficiently.
