摘要
解决"三农"问题是我国实现现代化的必由之路。城乡经济社会结构严重失衡是形成"三农"问题的根本原因。长期以来形成的城乡二元经济结构使得失衡的城乡关系不仅没有得到改善,而且使城乡差距不断扩大。统筹城乡经济社会发展,缩小城乡差距,改变城乡二元经济结构,是我国从根本上解决"三农"问题的重大举措。
The solution 'three agricultures'problem is a road that our country realizes modern necessarily from.The economic social construction in country in city is out of balance seriously is the basic reason of the formation'three agricultures' problem.For long time the economic structure of duality in country in city that become makes the city country relation that be out of balance not only did not get improvement, but also makes city country margin extended continuously.Orchestrating the economic society in country in city develops, contracting the city country margin, changing economic construction in two dollars in country in city, is an important measure that our country resolve the'three agricultures' problem by the root.
