摘要
作者曾经克隆了粉红聚端孢S24的TrEn39基因(AY550119),根据基因获得了其可能的cDNA序列。在此基础上,构建了TrEn39cDNA的原核表达载体,并研究了其在大肠杆菌中表达产物的酶活性,从而确认所克隆的基因为粉红聚端孢S24几丁质酶(TrEn39)的cDNA。
The authors cloned the gene TrEn39 DNA (AY550119) of Trichothecium roseum S24 and obtained the probable sequence of cDNA according to the gene. In order to further understand the characteristics and functions of this gene, we then constructed the prokaryotic expression vector of the cDNA and tried to make it express in Escherichia coli. And it was confirmed that the cDNA we cloned was chitinase TrEn39 cDNA of Trichothecium roseum S24.
