文章运用动态能力理论,从组织与管理过程、学习、位势、路径依赖4个方面来分析战略联盟的形成,旨在为战略联盟理论与实践提供一个整合的理论框架。
The paper based on the theory of dynamic capability , it analyzes the formation of strategic alliance from the four aspects of organizational and managerial process, learning, position and path dependence. It aims to provide an integrated framework for the theory and practice of strategic alliance.
