摘要
随着社会经济的发展,逆向供应链的经济和战略价值逐步得以显现,如何构建逆向供应链战略联盟,正成为现代供应链理论与实践发展面临的新问题.在对比逆向供应链联盟和一般联盟特点的基础上,提出了不同条件下逆向供应链联盟的构建形式,并阐述其运作模式与特点.
