摘要
精神科正规病房的封闭式管理存在其客观方面的原因 ,它所涉及到的若干伦理学方面的问题阻碍了精神科医患关系的发展 ,只有不断改进这一管理模式 ,才能促进本学科的发展。
There are objective causes in the close management of regular ward of psychiatric department,which are related to several ethical problems that will hamper the relationship between doctors and patients of psychiatric departˉment.We should perfect the mode of management constantly to promote the development of psychiatry.
