摘要
当前大学毕业生就业工作已经成为全社会关注的焦点问题。当代大学生在就业与成才方面存在成才意愿强烈但目标不明确、定位不清晰;热衷考研考证不是出于个性需求而是盲目从众;寻求就业指导时注重履历表制作、面试技巧等技术性知识,而对保障自己权益的相关法律、法规却知之甚少等问题。相对于大学毕业生对就业指导的急切要求,目前大多数高校毕业生就业指导工作现状"冷热不均"。这种现状的存在主要是由于市场经济体制下的人力资源配置机制尚不完善、社会观念守旧、教育思想陈旧等认识和体制上的障碍所致。鉴于此,本文提出要优化高校毕业生就业指导工作的外部条件。
Employment of college graduates has become a hot issue. The major problem with career development of college students is in their lack of definite, proper goal, and the enthusiasm in sitting for graduate entrance examination comes from vogue rather than individual needs. College graduates go to vocational counseling center not for necessary knowledge of relevant laws and regulations that protect their interests but for skills in interview and resume-making. Considering the urgent need of many college graduates for vocational counseling, the guidance that can be provided by colleges and universities is not adequate and varies from one university to another. This situation results from improper allocation of human resources in market-oriented economy, outdated ideas concerning employment, outdated educational thought, and problems with the existent system. In light of this, this paper proposes to optimize the external environment of vocational counseling for college graduates.
