摘要
该文以司法独立为中心论题 ,论及司法独立的内涵、司法独立与领导的关系 ,重点说明制定司法法 ,以实现司法独立。
The paper concentrates on judicial independence and discusses its connotation, its relation with the leadership and suggests that an act of jurisdiction should be set up to realize judicial independence.
