摘要
介绍了SXT2005型厚膜集成开关电源的设计过程,详细论述了电路的工作原理、元器件选取、关键问题的解决办法,以及可靠性设计等内容。通过理论分析和实验、调试,以各单元电路分别自反馈控制的方式实现了不平衡加载,采用多路单控、相互抑制降低纹波的方法使输出纹波电压小于30 mV。厚膜技术的应用,缩小了电路体积,提高了电路的稳定性,增强了可靠性。
Presented was the design of SXT2005 switcher, then principle of the circuits was analysed and give the solution of problems and parts selecting. With analysis and experiment, SXT2005 has lopsided load by self feedback of it抯 unit and ripple less than 30 mV by separate control and interaction. It has small size and stable for the use of thick film.
