摘要
本文运用人力资本理论,结合我国实际,分析我国女性人力资本投资的现状及存在的问题和对女性就业的影响,并在此基础上提出促进女性人力资本投资与就业的对策。
Based on the human capital theory, associating with the reality of our country, this paper analyses the present state of female human capital investment and its existing problems, and the influence on women’s employment, and presents some suggestions which can be used to promote the female human capital investment and their employment.
