摘要 目的:建立牙康护齿液质量控制方法。方法:用薄层色谱法对牙康护齿液中的两面针进行定性鉴别;用高效液相色谱法测定该药中的厚朴酚、和厚朴酚的含量。高效液相色谱条件为用Kromasil C18柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm);流动相为甲醇-水(8:2);流速为0.8 mL·min-1;检测波长为294 nm;柱温:室温。结果:薄层色谱中斑点清晰,易于识别;高效液相色谱法测定:厚朴酚在0.2-2.0μg范围内线性关系良好,r=0.9999,方法回收率为98.4%;和厚朴酚在0.19-1.90μg范围内线性关系良好,r:0.9999,方法回收率为98.6%。结论:本法可有效地控制牙康护齿液质量。 Objective: To establish the method for quality control of Yakang dental rinse. Methods: The Radix Zan thoxyli in this medicine were identified by TLC. The magnolol and the honokiol were determined by HPLC. Conditions of HPLC:using Kromasil C18 column(4. 6 mm ×250 mm,5 μm);mobile phase: methanol - water(8=2);flow rate:0. 8 mL ·min-1;detective wavelength:294 nm;column temperature:room temperature. Results:The spots in the TLC were clear and distinguishable. Determine by HPLC:The linear range of the magnolol was 0. 2 -2. 0 μg,r = 0. 9999,the average recovery was 98. 4% ;the linear range of the honokiol was 0. 19 - 1. 90 μg,r =0. 9999, the average recovery was 98. 6%. Conclusion:These methods can be used for quality control of Yakang dental rinse.
