摘要
为了提高DSP与工控机之间的数据传输速度,本文设计利用工控机上的PCI总线,通过共享双端口RAM的方式,实现工控机与DSP之间的高速数据交换。本文详细介绍了系统设计的基本思路,包括PCI总线协议,PCI9052芯片的基本使用方法和设计要点,PCI9052与双端口RAM的硬件连接方式和访问协议,Windows98下虚拟设备驱动程序的设计。
In order to accelerate the speed of data transmission between DSP and Industrial Personal Computer(IPC), this paper uses PCI bus in IPC to implement high-speed data exchange between IPC and DSP by sharing dual-port RAM. This paper introduces the basic way of system design in detail, including PCI bus protocol, basic using method of PCI9052 chip and design key point, hardware connection technique and access protocol between PCI9052 and dual-port RAM, the design of Virtual Device Driver for Windows98.
