摘要 "人才强国"战略,是我们党根据新世纪国际国内形势的变化,提出的一项重大战略决策。作为国民经济微观主体的广大企业来说,尤其是国有大中型企业来说,实施"人才强企"战略在整个宏观经济战略层面中,具有非常重要的地位。要创新机制和体制促"人才强企"战略,巩固国有企业在国有经济的基础地位作用。 The strategy of strengthening China through human resource development is a significant decision made by the Party according to the changes of national and international situations in the new century.As a major part of the microscopic entities in the national economy,enterprises,especially large and medium-sized state-owned enterprises,play a very important role in the implementation of the strategy of strengthening enterprises through human resource development. It is necessary to innovate the mechanism and system for the promotion of the strategy and consolidate the fundamental position of state-owned enterprises in the national economy.
