摘要
文章对高校危急事件的概念、特点以及管理的重点和意义进行了详细论述,提出了"网、线、点、档一体化"的科学一体化的管理新机制,对各类高校迅速健全危急事件管理机制均有一定的参考作用。
On the basis of analysing systematically the notion and characteristics of the incidents which concern the safety and security of students in colleges and universities,this paper poses the points and significances of incident management,and suggests a relatively scientific incident management mechanism consisting of information network,rescue line,point for dealing with the aftermath and archive compiling.It has certain value in improving and perfecting the existed incident management mechanisms.
