摘要
目的 探讨快速诊断唐氏综合征的检测方法 .方法 采用实时荧光定量PCR技术 ,检测唐氏患者 2 3例、正常人 33例 ,定量分析比较ΔCt值 .结果 正常组和唐氏组ΔCt值有显著性差异 (p <0 .0 0 1) ,并建立了相应的参考值范围 .结论 实时荧光定量PCR具有简单、快速、特异性高等优点 。
Objective To research the method of rapid diagnosis of Down syndrome. Methods Amplify peripheral blood DNA from 23 cases of Down syndrome and 33 cases of normal individuals using five markers by Real Time Quantitative Fluorescence PCR (FQ-PCR),and quantitatively analysis ΔCt. Results The difference of ΔCt between the group of normal individual and the group of Down syndrome was highly significant (p<0.001),and established the reference ranges for clinical application. The reference ranges hadn't overlapped,so can easily sistinguish the result. Conclusions FQ-PCR rapidly detects Down syndrome with high accuracy and provdes a new approach for rapid detection of Down syndrome.
