本文就《黑暗的心脏》的象征手法作了比较全面的探讨 ,分析了作家使用象征的缘由及其特点与效果。
The present thesis interprets the motivations of the writer's uning symbols, and analyses the characteristics and effects of the symbols in this novella by making a comprehensive probe into the art of symbolism in Heart of Darkness.
