摘要
目的 :建立分光光度法测定郁福来胶囊中总金丝桃素的含量。方法 :采用分光光度法在 5 89nm波长处直接测定甲醇提取液的吸收度 ,并利用回归方程计算其含量。结果 :金丝桃素在 2 .0～ 13.6 μg·ml-1浓度范围内线性关系良好 ,平均加样回收率为 96 .74 % ,RSD为 1.16 % (n =6 )。结论 :本法操作简单 ,结果可靠 。
Objective: To establish a new method for determination of hypericins content in Yufulai capsules.Method: Hypericins in Yufulai Capsules was determined by spectrophotometry at 589 nm wavelength with hypericin as control substance.Result: The calibration curve was linear within a range of 2.0 13.6 μg·ml -1 , The average recovery and RSD were 96.74% and 1.16% ( n =6), respectively.Conclusion: The method is simple, sensitive, and reproducible, which can be used as one of quality control of Yufulai capsules.
