摘要
目的 :对玉屏风生药颗粒、生药饮片汤剂和免煎颗粒剂进行质量研究 ,以获得优良的玉屏风制剂。方法 :采用正交试验法优选玉屏风生药颗粒的制备工艺 ,以玉屏风方剂中的黄芪甲苷含量为质量指标 ,采用薄层分析 -紫外分光光度法 ,对几种剂型的煎出率进行比较。结果 :优选出玉屏风生药颗粒粒度为 5目 ;3种汤剂中 ,生药颗粒煎出率最高 ,是饮片的 1.19倍 ,是免煎剂的 2 .39倍 ;黄芪甲苷含量也以生药颗粒为最高 ,是饮片的 1.6 3倍 ,是免煎剂的 3.0 6倍。结论 :玉屏风生药颗粒制备简便 ,质量可控。
Objective: To study the qulity of the crude drug granules of Yupingfeng(YPF).Method: The best decocting process of the crude drug granule of YPF was acquired by the orthogonal test which based on the gain of extract and the content of Huangqi A glucoside(HAg), with the help of thin layer chromatography ultraviolet spectrophotometry.Result: The best decocting process of the crude drug granule of YPF is presented as following: the crude herb should be made into powder in the size of 5 mu.The gain of extract of the crude drug granules in bag was 1.19 times as that of the crude medicinal herb of it and 2.39 times as that of the grannule without decoction,at the same time,the content of HAg of the crude drug granules in bag of YPF was also 1.63 times as that of the crude medicinal herb and 3.06 times as that of granule without decoction.Conclusion: The crude drug granule in bag of YPF should be used to replace the crude medicinal herb and the grannule without decoction.
